IUSAM 2012研讨的主题是“自然危险与城市环境”，其他关于亚洲大城市问题的主题论文也欢迎投稿。

2nd Invitational Announcement and Call for Papers
The 2012 Inter-University Seminar on Asian Megacities (IUSAM 2012) will be held at Pacific National University on 06-08 September 2012.
The main theme for the IUSAM 2012 is "Natural risks and the urban environment". Other themes concerning on the Asian megacity are also welcome.
Faculty of Architecture and Design, Pacific National University is pleased to issue this Second Invitational Announcement and Call for Papers.
Faculty, graduate/postgraduate students and researchers from the IUSAM network universities and related academic institutions are invited to submit a short (max. 200 words) abstract of their paper by 1 May 2012. The abstract should include the full title of the proposed paper, name of author(s), affiliations and e-mail address of the main author. The abstract should be in MS Word format, .doc file or .pdf file and submitted as an attachment to the following address:

Authors will be informed by of the acceptance of their papers at the latest by 10 May 2012. The deadline for submission by of final papers in .doc or .pdf file formats is 10 July 2012. All abstracts and papers must be written in English (the official language of the seminar).
A USB Flash Memory of the digital files of all the papers presented shall be provided to registered participants.
